I have gained 9 pounds in counting since getting the Depo shot. Will it be hard for me to diet while still being on the shot?

Oh, that was a bad decision. I started the depo shot about 1 year ago and have gained a total of 65 pounds!!! This is crazy!! i hate this shot, one of my friends has also gained 45 pounds. All of the girls that i know that have used the depo shot have gained 30+ pounds. I exercise and eat a healthy diet but it doesnt seem to work. I have also been infertile because of it. I had a very hard time getting pregnant after using it.
Maybe you should switch to the pill. Its extremely hard to lose weight while on the depo shot because its causing you to lose weight. The more you get the shot, the more weight you will continue to gain. Its just one of the side affects of the shot. Even if you eat healthy and excercise, the shot is gnna keep making you gain weight
