This plan focuses on changing your eating habits for most Mediterranean side of the spectrum. There are several steps to this scheme, the first being a period10 days when you try to cut all processed foods and sugar, purge your body of impurities. Hence the objective of the scheme is portion control.
Calorie shifting
This is a new system and just really making waves lately. The calorie food transfer helps you burn calories by engaging your body in the awareness of its metabolism. This is achieved by changing the habits where you eat your meal. It focuses less on what you eat and more abouthow you actually eat. This scheme has been very effective for many people.
