I know that when you exercise, and weight gain or weight machines, you burn calories, but after you burn calories? My boyfriend says that I burn calories, even when I work so my muscles are still sore. They are trying to revive the new cells therefore require more calories. Is this true?

    yes they burn calories, but I do not think they burn pile. There is always in normal mode. Make sure you get protein!
