All people with a fitness-regimine, which does not involve a gym?

Because of work and family commitments, I think it is very difficult to get to the gym, as I do. I bought a treadmill for home use. But I was wondering if other fitness procedures they use to stay in shape. I want to lose weight and tone and build muscle mass. Thank you.

My BF is the same way. We are elliptical and uses a program that for 30 minutes, and has the “perfect Push Up” that he uses every day. Until now he is in good shape. He lost about 5 pounds a month, and arms / shoulders and becomes more defined. Elliptical shape, with the calves, thighs and fessiers.Quoi you decide, good luck!
