If you are trying to build muscle, go for it! More calories, the better! Sugar in milk chocolate will not affect your muscles increase. You can put a little fat to run, but you should expect when you are trying to reach. Fat is easy to burn later in any case. Getting the muscles much harder than losing fat.

Ive prepared 22 years and asked this same question several times. first try with 2% milk or whole milk before jumping the gun and the use of milk a shock. This may be bad, and it can be good depending on what you are trying to do for your body, how many calories you’ve found in and how many calories you burn. With the limited information you provided, I suggest keeping the consumption of simple sugar with 2% milk. Simple sugars are not bad for you as you really need to go to the right Protien muscle tissue after workouts. many of them, and they are stored as fat. Hope this helps
