Does this mean the division or circuit training is more effective for strength training?

I am confused about how to manage it. For example, the usual split training (eg, chest and biceps one day, triceps, and the next, and shoulders and legs of the third, and one day of rest) is a more effective means of increasing weight. However, if you do three exercises for each muscle (as usual in the training division) every day? It seems logical that if training the muscles more than you get more exercise, and that means scale. Any thoughts?
