I want to be in shape during the summer and is now in the center of febuary. What are the secrets of good nutrition, unknown? What a good way to get a flat stomach? Frankly, I use a bouncer AB to get good abs. I had very little fat on the abdomen and loss of means of ab lounger every day for 20 minutes is really fixed. I use it once a week, and my abs look very good.
