How can I convey to the people of my medical experience weight loss?

I had a terrible experience with a medical clinic weight loss (in Romeo, MI), and I want to spread word about it. What would be a good way to tell people? I want them to know about the bad serivce, high cost and much more.

Well, you do just that. But be careful if they know that you can try to sue for libel or something similar.
write a letter to the local press. . . topicla magazines. . or you can try and get the TLC show. . . just call them and tell them that you want to do!
