How can I increase strength, muscle mass and weight loss?

I was amazed at the gym over the past year, but not as strong as I want because I moved across the country. The concept, which I never understood how can I increase my power? And is it possible to build muscle mass, trying to achieve weight loss? I am currently lifting weights to cardio, this method is correct?

Hey, AMI in the same situation as you, I lift weights in the morning, 11 am-ish, and then at about 9:00 pm when home from work hard, and then do some cardio, I have seen great results, make make life burdensome , this insurance you do not need to spend muslces!
