How can I lose fat and build muscle mass for bodybuilding?

After years of being beaten or ignored by women, and I decided that I would start building the body, and I’m a little chubby now and the last time I worked in the school, I am I won a lot of muscle and adipose tissue and muscle fat is gone never left. I take protein and eat, I use the workout Dave Drapper. I want to know how can I lose fat when building muscle is that it is possible. Thanks Im not obeast little chubby. Thanks
