How much exercise do I keep losing weight?

Fat Loss 4 Idiots

I am 15 years old, 5’6, and I recently went from 165 to 137 pounds in a few months. I’m running on a treadmill for 45 minutes a day five days a week 5. 8-5. 8 miles per hour and walk two times a week 4. 4 miles per hour, if I move to 30 minutes a day 5. 9 miles per hour, five nights a week, would not it be enough to control their weight?

Firtly, well done for your success! Try interval training on the cardio machines, 5 minutes at normal speed, 1 min and rapid vehicle changes that you are using, so your body does not get used to it, which should help shelf. . . and the alternation of weight you lift. Good luck :-)

What I have in the way of weight loss: 1. I have 15 minutes a day three times a week training in extremely resistant strength training involves the use of body weight (or weight) in order to strengthen and build muscle mass. No, I’m not going to look big and bulky, because many women simply are not designed for this, but people can go through it, if you follow a good program! Types of exercises I could do are: – Squat (options) – slots (normal cracks and fissures on the back panel) – Pushups, bench press and other exercises using haltèresUPS Step – Various exercises baseBien course, I did not do it all at once . My function is only 15 minutes, so that I could do six years with 6-12, depending on the type of exercise (and how much it hurts!) .2. I have 15 minutes a day three times a week intervals. Intervals cool! They are effective – more effective than doing steady state cardio! So if you think 30 minutes to an hour on the treadmill, that will do you good, think again! Try the 15-minute intervals, and you will see better results! In addition, you’ll have more time to do other things! My intervals might work as follows: 3 minute warm-up (if I did not do resistance training to this day) 0,30 seconds at high intensity low intensité1 minuteJ’ai sometimes passing by a high intensity, and then fit for the weak. You can also try to run (or sprint) for large, then the way faible.Et, that everything I do. This is a total of 90 minutes per week. I can do 30 minutes a day three times a week, or 15 minutes a day, six days a week. As long as you 15 minutes of each type of exercise three times a week, you begin to see results (in just three weeks I lost weight and noticed definition in my arms and legs – amazing!).
