protein is an emphasis on the way to many because calcium is very necessary and you will need 5 cups a day, if you’re trying too increase muscle mass.

1 glass per day is more than enough. Calcium is not only an important vitamin for muscle growth. Protien and carbs are much more important. Yes, 1 cup very well, too much milk is not suitable for you, especially when you get older

4 cups a day, do not listen to those who told you, one cup a day. I received information from the doctor and websites.

I was taught that if you use milk to build muscle, make sure that he whole milk. I was told that I should be drinking 1 / 2 gallons every day! If you are also supplementing with pills and whey protein, so I assume that you can reduce this amount is not enough. But if I do all the protein shakes with milk and then drink at least another big dinner.
