If I wanted my own gym What do I need in college?

Im in school today, but I would like to start planning and get ideas about what I want to do. I thought, from his gym and do something with nutrition and dietetics. Any suggestions for what I have in college or the best choice? I live on the east coast, at the moment, but I am open to anywhere. California will be my first choice:) Thanks for your time, it would really help!
