Need a good schedule for physical training in the gym?

Well, I decided to join a gym for fitness, bodybuilding, at least, not now, because I’m 22 and I’m trying to quit smoking. Im fine, but they do not fit at all, but I’m not sure which program or plan, I base my “training” for. Thanks in advance.

If you have not been in the gym or a weight class at university, I suggest four or five meetings with the coach. Tell him what your goals are and be comfortable setting modest goals to start. Now I’m back, biceps and ABS on Monday and Thursday, and at the chest, shoulders, triceps and ABS, Tuesday and Friday, and 15 minutes on an elliptical each time. The coach can show you exercises for each of these body parts and machines for use. You may consider strength training later
