What is a good building muscle workout?
I’m a skinny cross country runner in high school looking to get some muscle for the next season. I would rather workout that I can do at home, but I have a subscription to the gym. I do not want to gain muscle, so it will be slow to me, but just enough to make sure that my muscles do not tire in the 5K. Please help!
How do I get out of my contract LA Weight Loss?
I am disabled with severe daily headaches, among others. I got 60 pounds predizone treatment, which I do a lot of time. I enrolled in this program, weight loss and told them that I had connected with my health problems. A week after the start of the program, my headache got worse and now, after 2 months, I have no bed. They know, but they still put me on “hold”. How can you start a raw food diet?
My husband and I both obese and need to lose 80-100 pounds. A friend recommended the raw food diet, where there is as much as you want without having to cook.
