Can I sugar-free lifestyle without exercise? Yes you can. Many people on a diet without sugar may be needed in practice. However, those of you who may be active should have a program of activities, even if you do not do anything without sugar. However, exercise and lifestyle without sugar go hand in hand. Now, how does exercise relate to a way of life without sugar? Going sugar makes you more aware, alert and actually gives you the best experience you have in your life.
