The difference between building strength and building muscle?

Fat Loss 4 Idiots

I was told that 3-5 reps to help you grow strong and 8-10 reps will help you build muscle (15 + and is designed for toning), but not muscle building, like the victory of power? I’m confused. . . Of course, I am referring to 3-5 with more weight than 8-10. . .

I’ll give you a quick decay of some of bodybuilding strength training I have had in the past. In general, the resistance acquired by placing the body, you are subjected to high loads (eg, low reps, high weight, high amount set, say, 6 reps, slightly below the maximum, 6 sets). Bodybuilding is usually achieved by the organization as a condition of stress, but not because of the huge amount of weight, and intensive rehearsals with a bit of a rest (ie, representatives of higher education, losing weight, a fixed amount of high (also typically burnout as the last round, which reduced weight and more repetitions twice the speed), for example, 12 repetitions, low weight, but it is difficult, 4 sets of burnout). Trainings will also help you determine what benefits you will reap more. From personal experience, however, I advise you to always do strength training. muscle development almost as quickly as weight training, gain strength much better and it gives you a balanced view, where as weight training, if taken too far, can lead to an incorrect view.

Size does not equal power. Get the size of all of science. Creating microtears muscle exercises in many corners of the muscle and its reconstruction, eating loads of protein. People who are usually the size obsession with looking for “big” and eat and sleep in the gym and protein drinks. Power comes from the efforts of a lot of weight in a few times. I am much stronger than most “big” guys in the gym I go, and I half. I think it’s very funny.
