I have a PT test tomorrow morning fitness for employment, it includes the following: 1. 5-Mile Run, Max push-ups, temporary Situpa minute, bending the torso, vertical jump. Does anyone have tips on what to do before that? Please advise.

just relax. Eat a good meal in good health. Get at least 8 hours of rest. In the morning, eat oatmeal, plain, so you can get the carbohydrates in the body. Do not drink milk or it may curdle and you’ll get sick.
