All right. I have always been football. but recently this summer. I took it more seriously. I play every day for about two hours. but the medium term, I’m usually tired, and I feel in a week. I really want a system that helps to improve and enhance their game so that the best diet for a football player? O, and I am a woman aged 15.

    If you are interested in improving your game, not the model for the body, then you need a good amount of carbohydrates to keep your glycogen level headed. You should consider eating or drinking something with carbohydrates during the game, make sure you keep your levels.

    pasta every night! He has a great carb for you, because you play hard every day, you burn. Carbohydrates break and give you that burst of energy you are missing! Oh, and do not forget to get protein and good and a lot of water. Good luck!
