What a good diet to follow an intense workout, cardio strength?

Plans I usually find those for people who do not excerise, that much, except for 30 minutes of cardio. I am looking for a diet that will help me lose weight, but do not lose the energy needed for intense strength training and cardio. (I’m currently 15, Male, 150 pounds, 5’6) Suggestions?
