What are good sources of protein for muscle building?

I was a little guy, 145 pounds, and I want to be more around 185. “I get that building muscle takes time, regardless of the evil I am, I have to wait. I lift for about a month, and I think I got about 5 kg of muscle. My training is very short, but I get up very hard with very low (eg, 1 or 2 times). I take a little whey protein shakes that I got from Wal-Mart. I take about 120 grams of protein from this. And I try to eat a lot, but it does not work for me, as I expected. I want to be able to have about 400 or 500 grams of protein per day. Just someone to recommend high-protein shakes or supplements or anything to help me hit that mark daily 500 grams? “Or even something else that I have no idea?
