What do I need to start a weight loss center?

I am currently enrolled in the program of nutrition and fitness, from which I will receive a diploma. I would like to use it to create a training center for weight loss. What I wonder is if there are certificates, licenses and hidden obstacles, I need to be aware of all that I am still at the planning stage. I think legally I need something to protect themselves from possible lawsuits. This Feild new to me, and all information is welcome.

Start Weight Center, where you need fat clients.
I do not know about licenses and stuff, but marketing your center for real people who are overweight, or at least in the category of persons older than 50 pounds overweight to be a great idea. Take a look around and see who is overweight and more than many others. Place flyers on cars in those places, all you can eat buffet and help people change their lives.
