I was an omnivore most of my life, but I think that a vegetarian diet, having learned that it is good for your health. I already did, but I’m already in my absence, salt or dairy products. Another experienced this? What do you think about the approach vegan eat?

    I used to work with a Jewish doctor, and he was a vegetarian Koser, it requires some use, but in general it is very good.

    I think this is very cool and very devoted. Not for me. But this is a very strict way of life. You should be careful what you eat.     I am a vegetarian, but being a vegetarian can be no question. I can not live without dairy products. But I know people who are vegetarian and they never eat. If you are ready to follow a strict diet, then go for it girl.
