What exercises to do every day in the house to better endurance?

I just want to know what I can do exercises every day at home to better endurance (endurance running)? And that stretch at the beginning of a workout or after workout? Thank you I have a lot of snow outside my house, I can not run into the street, but I’m looking for exercises that can be done at home and does not require any equipment, if possible, thanks

Running on a treadmill is exercise enough for home and stretching should be done before and after
Run for 30 minutes to one hour in quartier.piscine also build endurance.
I work hard and play football and baseball college. in low season to keep fit I jog every other day, and lift the other day. go slowly at first, because your body is not accustomed. but you grow at the same time, to get more stamina. does not work every day, I would like to say that all that was two days you give your body a day off.
