    There are many good recipes for low fat muffins, sweet and salty – look up – to cook a lot and take them with you when you’re out and about, good luck – and good on you better take care of your health!

    I eat fruit, usually a banana and an apple. If you have nothing, you’ll probably end packaging to retain water, which technically is not fat, but it is not very good for you.
