I took creatine Kre Alkalyn (tablets) during the month. Im late to take my break, but was wondering if there is a better brand to build muscles fast? I take powder, not pills? Please give me an answer from people who have seen good results, and please no answers saying “take creatine just lift heavy” or “a waste of money” Thank You (Yes, I asked about this before, but I’m just looking for other opinions) What monohydrate?
