I do not neglect strength training, I just want to lose weight before doing so. I am looking for an effective high-intensity cardiovascular / aerobic exercise, which give excellent results: the strength and endurance of the cardiovascular system and weight loss. I want routine that I can do at least five days a week. Thank you
