I would strongly recommend that you try to join Weight Watchers. I was a member of nearly a month, and I’m 11. 2 kg. It is safe, easy and healthy way to lose poids.Ou, if you prefer to exercise, I would like to try a series of P90X. This will help you lose weight and gain muscle in 90 days. Hi, my experience dates in December 2008, I weigh 81 kg, and I was not happy with my big belly as well. I was doing squats and stiff, but it does not work for the removal of fat. After a little research, I discovered that the way to reduce stomach fat to burn fat. How? My opening just exercise and diet. I see my weight down every month just to do some cardio exercises sweat. Today I weigh 70 kg good. What have I done? I swim (a few times a week), walking and jogging (a bit slow, steady jog 2 km to 3 km once a week, and they are all good sweat!) Reading I like sports (I took the badminton). For food, very simple. Eat as usual, but stop when you’re already full. I only have one good meal a day (usually either for lunch or dinner), then for dinner I do not drink a bowl of soup and water. Curiously, this procedure fits me well because I’m not hungry all the time, of course, if you’re hungry, you can still make something light, such as cookies, drink hot soup, fruit juice, just to stop feeling hungry. Hungry does not mean that we should eat. (PS I did not take supplements at all .. No .. Zero ..) I just keep in the above procedure for 6 months good, and now I’m pleased with the results. Well, the point to share, but I’m not a killer abs yet, but my stomach was very thick “burned” off. I hope that my experience helped you.
