I am overweight, loss, without any plans for fitness now. I hate to walk, and my knee swells with arthritis when I go for a long period of time. So, every 30 minutes, I walk (even in a shopping center) I spend an hour with my knee elevated and iced. I would appreciate your suggestions. I’m in my early 50.Heliumcamel
