What is the importance of carbohydrates in the muscle tissue?

There are carbohydrates needed for muscle building? I eat a lot of protein (200-300 g / day) and many “good” fats (flax seeds, almonds, etc.), but I doubt that eating 100 grams a day glucides.Je understand that to build muscle mass, I have enough total calories. So assuming that my overall calorie intake is high enough, my consumption of carbohydrates is relatively low barrier to my muscle growth? Thank you

more important than protein. to maintain the body in the anabolic insulin levels governments should be low and stable. Therefore, when the tumor carbohydrates should be between 40-50% of total calories. Insulin is the most anabolic hormone that the body produces. for the proteins to maintain a positive nitrogen balance in the body really need only 1 gram of protein per kilogram of body muscle mass, not total body weight. some 30% of the protein is almost always enough if the diet for muscle mass. high intake of carbohydrates also leads to protein sparing effect. because there are a lot of glucose in the body can not easily catabolism of muscle proteins for energy. so that the protein, which falls mainly be used for repair and muscle growth.
