They say that they never go in 1200 CAL in the day, regardless of who you are. . Try searching on Google and calorie counter spreadsheet, which will provide client access licenses per day recommended for your height, weight and activity leavle.

Have you ever considered Weight Watchers? They take your weight, sex and a few other things into account, and then count the number of “points” that you should eat in one day. Instead of counting calories, count points that much easier. If you are serious about losing weight, then you can try. Weight Watchers and I lost 77 pounds in less than a year. I felt if I’d ever eaten, but when I do count my calories, I realized that I only have 1200 calories a day, but because I was doing a healthy lifestyle, I eat more and lose weight. I have never attended Weight Watchers meetings, I did everything only through the Internet. It was unbelievable. I am currently pregnant, but as soon as my child, I came right back. Good luck! WWW.
