What kind of muscle fibers?

I read the description of powers, such as whey proteins and other CNG products they help develop muscles. Is this true for any type of protein from any source, or you just protein powders to build muscle build muscle mass? If the normal protein and build muscle, is slower than protein shakes?

The big question, it’s always good to have a mixture of natural and whey protein added. Keep the whey protein before and after training is mixed with carbohydrates.
