I wondered how many people consume a large or very small amount of solid food in their diet. When I say that I am referring to all products of fresh fruits, vegetables, etc., and nothing pre-packaged or canned?

    I’m doing. Hardley I eat everything that is not physically or otherwise. If I cook the beans. All other raw materials and healthy. I am diabetic, and this is the best way for me to keep the blood sugar level of my control. Works fine.

    Probably 60%. Our family has recently changed our eating habits, and we all feel great. I lost over 30 pounds, and my husband has lost more than 25. I want to go 100%, but it’s really not easy. The growth of his own garden in the heat of Arizona, is extremely difficult.
