Not usually comes first. Where did you get that idea? Cancer does not cause a fever, and if you have cancer later associated with the digestive system, you probably will not be losing weight. I met many people in the past year with cancer and one with weight loss was an old man with stomach cancer, which metastasized organs there. He was in a very advanced stage, and not live much longer.
