Im starting a new workout to build muscle mass. Im my usual spread over four days with 1 day of rest between them. I know about food and everything. My question is IM-travailChest.Retour.Jambes.Veaux.Avant bras.Biceps.Triceps. Épaules.Quels days, I must join that group of muscles to get the best results?
