The best exercise for children is moving. Develop ideas for fun fitness for children. We are not talking about body building or abandoning them to the treadmill for half an hour each day. If this is not funny, they will not. In a previous article, the epidemic of childhood obesity, I talked about how childhood obesity can be prevented. And honestly, it most cases it can be prevented. But we can not put our children at the computer, television andPlayStation for entertainment, then scratching his head wondering how they became obese.

Besides that it is more common that physical education is out of school. Between no exercise at school or at home, where are our children going to exercise? I approached the problem. Now, lets talk about solutions.

Small children are probably the easiest (ages 3-7):

o Take them to the park for an hour rather than planting them in front of the TV. Thisis a great time for you to have time with your kids and let them lose. Believe me, they grow up before you know it.

o Play Duck Duck Goose, Mother of May I, Simon Says .. I remember those games?

o Give your kids involved in soccer, little league or any other team sport. It's great for them to learn to be part of a team.

o If you have a YMCA they usually offer fun programs for children.

o Come up with some basic exercises to do with them. subscriptionfamily.

Older children (age 8-11)

o The YMCA (no, I do not work for the Y) is still a great place for children at this age.

o At this age you have more options for team sports

Summer camps or Boot Camp o.

o Specialized Fit Kids programs. Many personal trainers are now offering programs (as I was 06) especially for children.

o Shoot some circles together

o Swimming lessons

o Hiking

Tweeners and older (ages 12-up)

o Keep your childrenin some type of sport. It's when they get bored they start having trouble. Two enthusiastic thumbs for the team!

o Cheerleading

o skateboarding

o Surf

At your young children to exercise. If it became a part of their normal daily life, chances are they will keep the good habits they have developed. Give your kids moving and eating well. Another one of the best exercises for children to learn self-discipline and self control. Yourchildren will feel better, look better and have better health self-esteem. Have fun with your kids and have fun with fitness!
