Fat Loss 4 Idiots

With the advent of the Nintendo Wii Fitness online gaming, many players are finally couch potato become active without even realizing it.

But can someone who is seriously looking for a power packed, high cardio and workout like aerobics really enjoy the Wii Fit?

Well to be honest the first round of games on the Nintendo Wii Fitness came out with the monster will only serious workout routines a worm, and that's it. For beginners its fine, forthose who are just starting a regiment of the exercise of its great, but for the sport ahead, it will be disappointing.

Thus, the Nintendo Wii Fitness developer came up with the perfect solution and answer to the user fitness ahead. In recent months, Wii Fit has evolved into a set of games which offer the user a more intense cardio workout and weight training. Here is a brief overview of the top 5, starting with less intense workout.

5) Wii FitBeam

The Wii Fit bundle package was the first series of games released in 2008, and as its name suggests is a group of games bundled with the purchase of the game of fitness of the Wii console. Depending on the package you want to beam, the system comes with the controller, balance board and several games. The games varied as yoga, Pilates, tennis, boxing, balance games boarding skiing or ice and other low-impact, more game than the training activities.

These games aregreat for fun, but would not for a calorie burn real workout. If I give this to 1 in 5 for training and 4 out of 5 for fun. A total of 5 of 10

4) Jillian Michaels Fitness Ultimatum 2009

Most people by now should know who Jillian Michaels, you do not know his name, but if you ever watched the Biggest Loser reality series, it was the sergeant instructor / personal trainer / motivational coach and star of show (personal opinion).

Based on the intensitycharacter on the Biggest Loser, the game was disappointing and a bit boring, the only reason I but higher than the Wii Fit is because training is more intense and you could really burn calories with this game .

This game uses the balance board, controller and the nunchuck for a good workout it has 4 types of training, weight training, cardio, weight loss, stretching. The game allows you to track your progress and record your stats.

I did not notice that theresponse time of the controller was unfortunately delayed and some instructions were not very clear so it was hard to get my time on-screen character to move or copy my movements. I think there are some bugs in the software coding for this game that have not been developed before the release.

Some games do look a little like the Wii Fit repackaged, so the only reason the game has given you Jillian is called "Give It All You Got," which after some time became moreannoying than inspiring.

I did not like the music drive back ground that was the motivation and you can choose from a wide variety of music styles. The squat exercise workout was great and makes you sweat.

This game is defiantly burn calories, but I think you bored with this game sooner rather than later.

I give the Wii Jillian Michaels Fitness Ultimatum 2009 part 3 of 5 for training and 2 out of 5 for fun. A total of 5 of 10

3) Gold's GymCardio Workout

Ok, this is the first game of Wii fitness to focus more on the cardio workout that mimics the workout you get in a gym, hence the name.

With this game you get a real workout. The game uses motion controls of the Wii Balance Board.

The highlight of this game is the taebo like boxing workout routine. This game seems to get the operating principle in place with more precision than the previous game. The sit-ups and jumping rope will give you excellent training. Cardi's Gold Gym Workout The game keeps track of your great calorie burning and fitness progress, and will automatically increase the difficulty and intensity of your workout accordingly.

So, in general, more responsive and offer non-stop action for a great workout, the points system is great for motivation and I'll give the Wii Gold's Gym Cardio Workout game 3 ½ 5 stars for training and 3 out of 5 for fun. A total of 6 1 / 2 to 10.

2) MyFitness Coach>

One of my favorite games, with over 500 different training activities to choose from, you will not soon get bored. This game is very fun and packs one heck of a workout!

The game will first ask a series of detailed questions to make sure you get off the start so, depending on your fitness level.

Your virtual personal trainer will guide you through your workout, providing guidance on improvements you need to motivate yourself andeach step of the way. The game will take you through a series of worm routine flexibility, strength training, cardio, and other sports training activities. The game lets you choose the duration of your workout and the days you want to exercise. It will keep track of your calendar and remember your training days.

You can choose your very own training environment and background music, lots to choose form.

My Fitness Coach will track your progress with impressivegraphs and charts and recommend areas to work towards your goal. Fully customizable to meet your individual needs.

Balance Board is not required for this game and I see no reason why you'll move around a lot and the balance board would just get in the way.

Your training may include Cardio, Upper and lower body training, abs, yoga and flexibility. I also like the fact that the game may include any small items you already have as a platform stage, fitnessball, hand and ankle weights and a heart monitor. Finally start using the exercise equipment that you saved in the closet!

Mayan your virtual coach, is an encouragement, reassuring trainer who adapt quickly to your needs.

It will be time to ask how you're feeling during workout routine. The choices are No Sweat, I worked hard, and I could not follow. Based on the selection you make to her question, she will adjust the training program based on your response, it istoo cool.

I have to give My Fitness Coach Wii 4 out of 5 for training and 4 out of 5 for fun, a total of 8 out of 10.

1) EA Sports Wii Active

My top pick! It seems that every time Nintendo Wii Fitness out with a new game its better than the previous one. Just released in March 2009, this game is hot!

EA Sports Active has been created based on the training techniques of the personal trainer and fitness expert Bob Greene, personal trainer ofstars.

This game offers a combination of intense workouts, cardio power supply, strength training, all combined in a perpetual change, the routine of circuit training time.

Specially designed for women in mind (but I use it all the time) to work these common problem areas such as buns, abs, inner and outer thighs, waist, and arms.

This game will teach you about nutrition, lifestyle, and physical activity. This is the complete package here.

Withthe use of the Wii Remote and Nunchuk controller workouts moves seamlessly from one activity to another, while monitoring your progress and movements. The Active Sports also uses a unique attachment Upper thigh pocket to put the Nunchuck controller in, what will follow your movements of the lower body like never before. Included with the EA Sports Active is stretch-film resistance,to increase the intensity of the workout fitness as shoulder presses, bicep curls and lifts. The Wii Balance Board is not included, but the card is compatible with many workouts EA SPORTS Active.

Take the 30 Day Challenge with personalized workouts routines 20 minutes depending on your level of fitness. The tours will change as you progress through your training day.

EA SPORTS Active will also track your calories and progress throughout your 30 daysChallenge.
