The first thing we should change our sleep patterns. If we do not sleep enough, or if our body is asleep at the wrong time, then we will not be as healthy as we can be. Our body needs to get plenty of rest. We must go to bed at about 10:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. at night and get a good eight to nine hours of sleep.
