Many people have tried to use a fast way to fat loss. There is research showing that fasting can help with this issue and others. However, some health officials say it does not work, it can be dangerous and fasting can actually make you fat. So who is right? As it turns out, the two sides.

Fasting has been around for centuries. People have used it for religious purposes, healing, weight loss, to restore proper digestion, and a myriad ofother health reasons therefor. The main consensus is that fasting for weight loss is not a good idea.

There are health risks associated with fasting. This can range from mild nausea to extreme issues such as hair loss, electrolyte imbalance, anorexia and heart problems.
