Fat Loss in the 21st century back into the game rules

To be thin is one of the deepest desires that govern our society. A flat stomach and sleek curves are at the top of the list for many people. Weight loss that occurs naturally seems to be outdated today with our sedentary and largely inactive in the world. And nobody wants to work for those thin, strong arms and legs more.
We live busy lives, fast and eventful. When it comes to losing weight fast as we want and we want it now. We want change right away and we do not wanthaving to work hard and put us to achieve them.
In the battle to lose excess body fat, just like on a battlefield real life side is best prepared has the best information that gives them a realistic picture and the most is always the better poised to win. But our old ideas about the battle of fat loss gave us a false sense of security and we live in an old illusion.
Losing weight is like bailing the fata sinking ship and is a good way to start, but the problem is whether the boat is sinking at a rate faster than we can bail while a change in our plan of attack is necessary with a change in attitude as well.
Today we have so much to battle against fat loss, we are exposed to an environment further underlines that our bodies have already been treated. Our body reacts by storing fat faster and more competently than in the past. They send ourhormones that regulate our center of appetite control "out of control" so you do not really know if we're really hungry or not so we just continue to eat anyway.
Lack of physical activity in our lives makes it almost impossible to lose weight. This causes our metabolism to slow down and consume less fuel. Keep on reducing food intake is not the solution. Accelerating the metabolism is the right thing to do and there is only one way to do this and that is to reconstruct and re-invigorate the body musclesystem.
Our muscles are where the fuel (calories) are burned for energy so that condition is essential if more fuel to be burned around the clock. But the toning of the muscles takes some "work" and somehow, we must change our attitude about it. Our lives can be "easy" and "comfortable" and we never have to literally "make a gesture," but at what price?
Two thirds of us are overweight and one in two of us have the lifestyle disease "a chronic and many have multiple conditions. Theseare often fatal conditions such as heart disease, cancer and diabetes as well as dozens of others. Is it not better to be active and eat a healthy diet rather than having one of those terrible diseases that wreck our lives and cut short?
We allowed our bodies to become highly efficient fat storage machine and it will not stop anytime soon. It unless we individually take action and begin an exercise program suitable ditches and processed foods. Weeach have to make that decision and we can make the changes. Are you on board with that?
