Fat Loss simplified

Have you ever seen a picture of a celebrity thin stick, about his diet program? "I start the day with an apple for lunch and have a salad with low fat dressing" and so on.
Well, take this with a pinch of salt. Some of these stars are actually hungry, so of course they look thin. And you can bet that if they are healthy, they eat other things, and they have a personal coach as well. The fact is, you will not get slim and healthy on a low calorie dietalone.
It seems logical that if you eat less and exercise more, your body will burn excess fat and then you'll be thinner … surely it will work?
Well, yes, somehow … However, it is not so simple … if you start to eat less without thinking about what you eat, you end up malnourished and thin!
Here are two fundamental reasons why low calorie diets do not work:
The first reason is that all calories are not created equal. The calories that arefat, sugar and artificial food additives are much worse than the calories – for example – potatoes and vegetables. You should not avoid the calories per se, you should avoid "bad" calories. There is a big difference in power and benefits among processed foods, high in artificial additives and natural food.
Because you do not just want to lose weight, lose that belly fat and get rid of your love handles, you want to become slimmer and fitter. Even if you cutcalories drastically you would not achieve this goal.
A dramatic example would be to drink "Coke Zero" – which is completely empty drinks – no calories, no nutrition. Would you lose weight? Sure. Will you be healthy? Absolutely not! You will be undernourished and feel pretty bad pretty quickly.
Your body needs calories to survive. If you eat foods rich in "good" calories your body burns more energy to digest those calories than what you give.
A big applecontains about 100 calories and so do three slices of bacon. Think of the difference to your body by eating an apple or eating bacon … you get fat apple or bacon?
The second reason concerns the fact that muscle burns more calories than fat. In fact, fat is a kind of "dead tissue" that is, it does nothing for your metabolism while the actual consumption of muscle tissue energy just to maintain. This is why people withhigh ratio of lean muscle to fat can eat more and still stay slim – while fat people stay fat, even if they could simply choose their food.
Now there are obviously other things to consider when you want to lose love handles and stomach fat, or simply lose weight. For example, obeys the fat of the same rule that unions – last in, first out. What this means is that the fat you put first – most often on your thighs and around yourbelly – is the last to disappear!
In other words, to get rid of love handles it is necessary to build muscle and be patient. You do not put on weight from one day to another, or love handles overnight. The good news is going to melt much faster you turn it on, but it will take time.
If you do not eat enough calories – energy – your body uses your muscle tissue as fuel, not fat. Since you do not have enough muscle to yourmetabolism is low and your body can not burn fat.
You'll see "results" of most diets low in calories – in the short term, you lose water and muscle so you are mistaken in thinking that you get thinner. But in the long run they do not work!
