Fat Burning Lunch – Fat Loss Made Easy with a quick and easy meal

A fat loss related question asked frequently to a large number of professional personal trainers is: "So what did you eat yesterday?" Or a variant of this question. It's a good question because it gives people a glimpse of what food should follow the habits of feeling and looking their best.
Well, my answer to one of my favorite meals all around fat burning is as follows:
– 1 / 2 can chickpeas (garbanzos) crushed a bit
– 3 / 4 chopped carrots
– 1tablespoon raisins
– 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
– 1 tablespoon olive oil
– Sea salt and pepper to taste
I always prefer to choose organic foods whenever possible …
How this weight loss recipe easy to burn fat?
– It is less than 400 calories (a huge difference to many people of other garbage to eat for lunch)
– It has good amounts of protein, fiber and healthy carbohydrates high nutritive value (good)
– Since this meal isunprocessed high, the body must work to break down food, a great thing to boost metabolism.
