Are There Any Foods That Actually Assist In Weight Loss?

Like how green tea is supposed to help, not the foods that just curb appetite.
Anything?
Or any tips on weight loss?
Please and thank you :)

Do Any Weight Loss Supplements Actually Work?

I am looking for something natural, that will give my weight loss a bit of a kick start. I am really urgently needing to lose some weight and I am worried that exercise and diet just aren’t enough to get me over that edge. Does anyone know any good reliable natural things I can take to give my body that extra boost it needs? I drink green tea now, anything else?
P.S. I know there is sooo much junk out there. I am not looking for a “magic pill”.

Does Fat Loss For Idiots Actually Work?

I’ve checked the site out and found out what they had to offer. The site does NOT promote low fat, low carb and low calorie diets.
The problem with low fat diets is that the diet cuts out many of the healthy mono and polyunsaturated fats such as nuts, olive oil and avocados. Polyunsaturated and monounsaturated fats are beneficial in that they increase High Density Lipoproteins (HDL) and decrease Low Density Lipoproteins (LDL) aswell as triglycerides. This helps your cardiovascular system.
Low carb diets will make you feel miserable since the most immediate supply of energy is glucose which is broken down from carbs. The brains fuel is only glucose and thus a reduction in carbs leads to feeling sluggish.
Low calorie diets don’t work because they don’t take into account the Basal Metabolic Rate (BMR), the BMR is the amount of calories your body needs just to stay alive. Suprisingly most of the calories you consume are for your BMR. For example, If you ate a 2000 calorie diet, 1500 calories are needed for BMR and all you have left is 500 calories which you can burn without resorting to heavy exercise.
From the research I’ve done with other sites I believe that fatloss4idiots DOES work. But the most IMPORTANT step you have to do is to APPLY IT immediately. Reading about it does not help.
Hope this helps :)

How Does Burning Kcal Actually Translate Into Weight Loss?

So I’ve started doing “measurable” aerobic workouts that say I’ve burned 393 Kcal over the course of my workout routine. That sounds good and all, except I have no clue what that actually translates to in terms of weight loss. 393 Kcal sounds like a lot and all, but am I doing enough at a time to be effective? What is the average amount of Kcal I’d need to burn to be loosing weight? Is there a type of formula I can use to calculate it?

Know Of Any Weight Loss Supplements Or Pills That Actually Work?

I’ve been looking into maybe buying some type of pill for weight loss. I’m not really overweight I just want to lose a bit of weight. I’m a full time student and work full time so I’m too exhausted to go to workout. I eat right; very right. Just need a little something more. I’ve done some research on a few of the popular pills and I’m just skeptical, it all just looks like one big scam. Anyone actually take something or know of someone who is and has actually seen results? Thanks a lot. :)

Are There Any Foods That Actually Promote Weight Loss?

Yes, I know that fruits and veggies are generally the route to go as it’s nearly a no-lose situation but what about all this other stuff I’m reading about? Fiber & wheat? Rice? Grapefruit? Are there really foods within our categories of groups that can stimulate weight loss, aside from just dieting alone? If so, which foods stimulate? Which are “false friends”?
