Anyone Know The Mailing Address To Bally Total Fitness Corp Offices? Membership Cancellations?

Author: Bally Total Fitness closed all my local gym a few days ago with zero notice other that a note on the door. I am not in a contract with them since I have had membership for 10+years. I want to cancel my membership now though and cant thru by phone so I want to send them a certified letter. Cant find the mailing address online though. Can anyone help me?? Thanks in advance.

Fitness First Australia Email Address And Phone Number?
Can anyone provide me with the contact details (email address and/or phone number) of Fitness First Australia? Preferably their head office one, or the one in Melbourne CBD area? Thank you guys.
