I have been wearing my normal trainers which I bought when I started running, but during the boxercise class, my feet feel crampy. I’ve tried loosening and tightening the laces but it doesn’t seem to help.

I would like to learn how to become an expert in fitness and diet. Any advise on the different career paths and how to get there? I think it would be great to help people achieve their fitness goals and get healthy. Thanks
