Is it safe? I take those meds but I do not take the Alli but I do want to.I know you don’t need a script to get the med Alli because it’s sold over the counter but I’d like to know if it’s safe and whats your personal take on it? Is it safe to take with my other meds?

How many minutes before my meal do I take my Alli capsule? If I miss a meal does it matter? What if I miss a capsule at one of my meal, In general I guess what I am asking is if I’m not consistently taking it daily (say I miss some days in between), does I matter?
