Anyway, they eat a breakfast big enough. Then, they eat other high protein and high fiber meals for lunch. They then followed that up with 2 small meals … 1 in the afternoon and 1early evening.
Another key element … many of my clients "graze" on the two grapes, olives, and apples.
As most people are not prepared when they are hungry and snack on junk food, I almost had a crisis and can become very insistent hissing with my clients to prepare for the hungry by having a bag or a tupperware of grapes and black olives or … and 1-2 apples handy.
So put a smile on my face and try the tips above this. Basically 4 meals per day wins for the vast majority ofpeople.
