If I had to work on my stomach to build more muscle, build, etc., in comparison to my legs, for example, in what area will be designed to burn fat or fall faster? I think the abdominal area, for obvious reasons, but the request valid reason for the sources, if possible.

We are considering moving to Seattle / Bellevue, Washington area. We are currently Lifetime Fitness Center, and members of their seeking a club that has the same amenities. I see “24 Hour Fitness”, but wondered if it was the best solution.

I’m considering switching from the YMCA to Goodlife. There is a really good deal that’s offered until Sunday, but it would lock me in for a year. I’d love to hear any feedback about this gym, like the fitness classes, equipment and stuff.
