What is the best way for a beginner to start building muscle?
I am 25 years old. I’m about 6 feet. Weighing only 200. I want to start developing and building muscles. Just do not know where to start. What type of protein to take. I have all the equipment that I need. Does anyone know of any protein that would facilitate the process? Any advice would be great.
