How do I go about beginning a fitness regiment?
I am 18 years old, 5 feet. 11 “and weighs about 150. I’m trying to find a bodybuilding fitness regiment / get in shape for college. Will I lose weight or lift weights in the first place?” I have about 6 months, and I’m trying to get the best possible results during this period temps . Edit: I’m only 5, 7. A small typo there.

I use GNC X12 weight loss pill muscle mass within 3 weeks, and I saw a big difference in my body and physical performance as well as use of these pills. My only concern is that I have not had my period. There is no way I’m pregnant. It is common to miss a moment begins a new charge?

I am sick and tired of all these sprinting/HIIT sites claiming HIIT is better for fat loss etc when that is NOT true. (little do they know pro sprinters do longer slower runs most of the time called “extensive tempo”,) Any doctor iwll tell you slower longer exercise is better for fat loss , your heart rate and blood pressure.
Could someone give me a workout plan for a beginner to lose a bit of fat. Jogging for example How long how often?

I’ve never been one to exercise very much, and I really need and have a desire to begin an exercise regimen. I have begun water aerobics & enjoy that, I would also like to introduce some of the circuit machines too. How often should I exercise & for how long? By the way, I’m diabetic with high blood pressure, my doctor has okayed my exercising though.
